New member to the team: Antal Szenes-Nagy

We are happy to share that Antal Szenes-Nagy has joined our team as In vivo Laboratory Manager!

Antal obtained his MSc degree in immunology at the Eötvös Loránd University in 2015. In the same year he got accepted into the Immunity in Cancer and Allergy doctoral program in Salzburg, Austria where he obtained his PhD (Paris Lodron University). During his studies he got familiar with multiple immunological mouse models and methods to investigate immune responses, especially in the field of skin autoimmunity. He wrote his dissertation about regulatory T cell development and differentiation.

He not only worked in Salzburg as a scientist but also at the Technical University of Munich and the Lighthouse Core Facility in Freiburg, Germany, where he established collaborations to answer his research questions. After the PhD he joined Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC as an experimental pharmacologist where he got introduced into topical pharmaceutical development and various other preclinical studies.
