Last week we held our first stage gating meeting of the year, where our colleagues the progress and achievements of our projects. It was amazing to see the improvement we accomplished in the last half year. Reviewing the whole portfolio at once gave us the opportunity to share experiences with the whole team and make strategic decisions. We are looking forward to the next 6 months and all the promising results it can bring to us!
